1. Who we are
This website is operated by [COMPANY NAME — TO COMPLETE], registered at [ADDRESS — TO COMPLETE]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL — TO COMPLETE].
2. Data we collect
- Through the form on this site: name, phone number, email address, industry, the task you'd like to delegate, and any free-text message.
- Through our ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta lead forms): the same categories of data, transmitted by Meta Platforms when you submit an ad form.
3. Why we collect it
We use this data to call you back, assess what an automation solution could handle in your business, send you a proposal, and manage our relationship with you. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
4. Who processes it
Your data is processed by our team only, through our internal tools: a self-hosted automation server and a self-hosted CRM located in the European Union. When your request comes from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd is jointly responsible for the initial collection (see Meta's privacy policy). We never sell or rent your data.
5. How long we keep it
Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, data is kept for the duration of our contract and any legally required periods.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [CONTACT EMAIL — TO COMPLETE]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies & advertising measurement
This site may use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting. Where required, such trackers are only set after you give consent via a dedicated banner.
